Tot Time Zoom Meetings on Line “Up Spirits”
The year’s 2020 and 2021 have been vey hard couple of years for people with the Coronavirus Pandemic taking so many lives and causing heartache to families worldwide. There has been total lockdown in many countries and this has had a major impact on many veterans associations having to suspend branch meetings and share social events with comrades.
Shipmates Eric Holmwood, Kevin Hackett and Jeff Hughes known affectionately as the Wrexham RNA Branch “Chuckle Brothers” came up with the idea of using the Zoom Software to hold virtual Tot times and branch meetings to keep in touch with our Wrexham Branch Members, this idea was developed further by posting to the RNA Community Site and has developed further through the RNA Community and help of shipmate Karl Webb to now include the wider RNA Community to share Tot times and hold fireside chats online. This page is a gallery of pictures from these meetings over the past months in lockdown and shows what a great spirit and comradery there is between ex service veterans across the RNA.
